Peschaud International is part of a systematic approach to QHSE management which aims to contribute to the continuous improvement of our performance and operating standards. The results of our QHSE policy are therefore constantly studied, evaluated and reported.

We pay great attention to training our employees in the prevention of professional risks, because their safety and health are for us a sine qua non condition for the practice of our activities.

The training provided to our teams allows them to work safely while respecting the environment in which they operate.

The QHSE system implemented at Peschaud International respects:
ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards for all activities;
BS OHSAS 18001 standards for all land-based activities;
ISM standards for all marine activities.

This is why Peschaud has decided to strengthen its efforts to minimize its environmental impact, by proposing both carbon offset projects and research and development projects to propose and build ships that are less polluting due to their design and the technologies used. . Peschaud's major project is to decarbonize and reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible, but also to engage with our fauna and flora, which are abundant and fabulous in Africa, the continent on which Peschaud carries out the vast majority of its activities.

Solutions and projects currently being developed:

  • Mangrove plantations in Gabon
  • Combating animal smuggling in Mozambique: ban on the use of cold boxes, verification of all unsealed containers entering our sites, etc.
  • Use of systems for tracking our carbon consumption in our ships: COMAP
